Who are we?
Interjobs BV deploys international and national employees for clients in the Netherlands. We do this with regular clients. Our clients come from various sectors, including infrastructure, (steel) construction and technology.
What are you going to do?
In this responsible position you manage the team of (Polish) mechanics during the installation of the solar panels. It mainly concerns large installations, which are placed at SMEs and agricultural companies. The following activities belong to your duties:
- Reviewing projects with the work planner
- Guiding a team of technicians
- Control of implementation
- Monitoring compliance with the schedule
- Keeping in touch with the customer
- Signing in the mounting system and strings
- Support when mounting the roof mounting system
- Supporting the cabling of the panels to the inverters
- Support when installing the solar panels
- Installing and mounting inverters
- Conduct (interim) inspections
- Responsible for ensuring safety
What do we ask you?
- A completed study in Electrical Engineering, Installation Technology or Construction is a plus, but is not required
- Relevant work experience, preferably in a managerial position
- Technical insight
- Knowledge of solar panel installations is an advantage
- No 9 to 5 mentality
- Sense of responsibility
- VCA full
- Preferably a driving license B or BE
- You are reliable, representative and have good communication skills
